Internships

Specto Design, Inc. offers internships to graphic designers who are motivated to learn how a successful small design firm operates. Our interns are diligent, self-starters and love to design! As an intern for Specto Design you will learn the daily operations of a small design firm and become an integral part of our team. Our clients span all industries including the entertainment industry, non-profit organizations (science and health industries), Apparel Industry (brick and mortar and online), the Food Industry and much more. Our jobs include full branding, logos, brochures, ads, promo cards, and web sites.

Internship Term: Summer 2008
Deadline: May 18th, 2008

What you will do during your internship:
• Learn time management skills, project management.
• Work directly with designers in ongoing projects.
• Build a portfolio of completed projects.
• Work on several individual projects.
• Brainstorm with designers in ongoing projects.
• Design, design, design.
• Conduct online research for an industry of current projects.

Qualifications:
• Must know Illustrator, Photoshop. Web knowledge and Flash knowledge is a definite plus.
• Must be available to work 8-24 hrs/wk.
• Must be a student in an accredited art college/university.
• NOT FOR PAY. For school credit only.
