TV Central Network is a portal for individual video publishing areas. Companies and non profits have the ability to set up an account and publish their videos and provide a log in to their users.

Back End Functionality
We created a video publishing area with individual accounts for each customer. Customer's have the ability to skin their site to customize the look and feel. Most video formats can be published. All they need to do is film it, edit it and then upload it and they are broadcasting.
