Flash on the home page brings the site to life.

We designed a Flash piece for the home page similar to a puzzle - symbolic for uncovering the mysteries one block at a time through different file types and software programs all coming together into one. We continued this message through the linked navigation. After 5 years the site still looks current.

Information architecture

We organized all the content for IO Informatics. When they came to us their site was very internally focused and did not communicate well with their target audience. Their product offering was lost in translation so to speak. It was very clear from our point of view how the content should flow and what needed to be stated and stated clearly. We provided two sections outlining their offerings so individuals could either choose a solution specific to their industry or view the overall product line. Within the solutions area we separated it into industries since each industry had unique situations.

Vibrant visual header

We chose a bright yellowish-orange mixed with gray to keep the look technical but vibrant. We worked with the current logo design and created a visual depiction of what their products are capable of — connecting word docs with PSD files, QuickTime moves, internet databases and spreadsheets.
