Avaunte Case Study
Objective: Connecting the Medical Community, billing and scheduling that is. One central location to collaborate, share, and manage cash flow. Avaunte came to us with a robust, functioning piece of software and a logo. Big clients were already using it and raving about it. They needed a face for it, an identity beyond just the name and logo.
Approach: We worked closely with the founders of Avaunte to develop the tag line, a symbol, stationery, press kit and a web site that brought together all the pieces into one cohesive brand.
Result: A complete brand consistently represented through all touchpoints. The web site is the main access point through which every communication filters from new contacts to clients who need to log in to their accounts. The rings we created were incorporated throughout all touchpoints and reinforce Avaunte's message that a symbiotic connection between doctors in private practice, their billing and scheduling can and should be pain free.
